Atlanta Jerk Festival is Back!

Decatur, GA - Do you have rhythm? Do you like flavor? Come enjoy a mixture of the two and

experience real island vibes at the Grace Atlanta Caribbean Jerk Festival. Everyone is invited to

join in on the 9th annual jerk fest on Sunday, August 31st 2014.

The day’s main activity includes a cook-off contest for the best jerk food in the state prepared

by established, amateur and aspiring chefs. Sway to the melodic tunes of performing artists

such as Freddie McGregor, Luciano and Allison Hinds who is guaranteed to keep the crowd

rocking. Enjoy a variety of Reggae, Dancehall, Calypso, and Soca music along with a

dominoes tournament and games for everyone from 12pm to 10pm.

Sample some of the most amazing dishes such as bake, jerk chicken, roast fish, curry, roti, salt

fish, and many more available for attendees to get a taste. Come see firsthand, who will be the

next Top Jerk Fest Chef.
