Kriss Kross Rapper Kris Kelly Dead at 34

Kriss Kelly of the 90's rap duo Kris Kross died Wednesday at an Atlanta hospital of an apparent drug overdose at the age of 34. Kelly was found unresponsive in his Atlanta home around 4:30pm according to Cpl. Kay Lester, a spokeswoman for the Fulton County police. He was transported to the south campus of the Atlanta Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 5pm. According to police sources, there was evidence that Kelly had been using a combination of cocaine and heroin the night before. No official cause of death has been determined pending autopsy. Kriss Kelly, also known as "Mac Daddy" was most known for setting the backwards clothing trend in the 90's worn in his rap Duo Kris Kross. Kris Kross' career catapulted with their hit song "Jump", which many consider to be a 90's classic.
